Treasure Valley Women in Tech (TV WiT) is a networking and mentoring collective for women in southwest Idaho, focused on the professional and personal development of women in technology. Through long-lasting mentorship relationships, research-based outreach programs, and intentional advocacy, they are cultivating the next generation of diverse innovators and changemakers.
Their community spans every stage of a tech career — from college seniors and recent graduates finding their footing, to core professionals growing within tech-focused companies, to experienced mentors guiding the leaders of tomorrow. With a vision of "Empowering Women, Igniting Innovation," TV WiT is building a stronger, more connected future for women across the Treasure Valley and beyond.
