Thank you for agreeing to serve

as a judge for the IDEA² Pitch Competition at iTECH Summit 2026! Your expertise

and mentorship will be invaluable to Idaho's aspiring entrepreneurs and student

innovators.

Judge Check-In:

Wednesday, June 17

8:00 AM - 8:30 AM

You will receive:

• A name badge identifying you

as a judge

• A judge packet with all

materials and instructions

• Reserved seating at

designated judges tables for the morning session

How Judging Works:

1. Fast Pitch Scoring (11:15

AM)

During the IDEA² Pitch

Competition, you will:

• Scan a QR code to access the

judging list

• Score each pitch on a scale of

1-10

• Submit your scores digitally

through the app

2. Judge Cluster Networking

(12:00 PM - 12:30 PM)

Immediately following the

pitches, we will direct you to:

• Identified locations in the

wrap-around foyer/hallway

• High-top tables organized as

judge clusters

During the 30-minute networking

session:

• Pitch participants will rotate

through judge clusters to network with as many judges as possible

• You will have a stack of white

business cards numbered 1, 2, and 3

• After each conversation, mark

one card (1, 2, or 3) based on their product/service discussion

• Participants will collect

cards in their envelopes

• At 12:30 PM, participants

turn in their envelopes for tallying

Lunch & Afternoon

Programming:

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch

Break

• Judges and pitch participants

grab lunch

• Return to tables in the main

conference area by 1:00 PM

• General seating after

lunch (all tables except sponsor tables available)

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon

Programming

• Panel discussions on AI,

startups, and technical implementation

• Featured speakers including

Stu Draper

• Judges are invited (but

not required) to stay for the afternoon

3:30 PM: Awards Ceremony

IDEA² Pitch Competition winners

will be announced during the closing session!
