Must we keep paying employees that are not working? The answer depends on whether the employee is exempt or non-exempt.  Understand the options you have for each type of employee.

Will COVID-19 be covered by Workers’ Compensation? 
Workers’ Compensation is designed to protect employees who have been injured on the job. In terms of coverage for COVID-19, compensation will depend on whether or not there is proof the employee contracted COVID-19 on the job.
