develop.idaho is the only event of its kind in the state, created to connect software developers, designers, entrepreneurs and students together and build a thriving, supportive technology community. Attendees will learn about and discuss industry trends, technical innovations and opportunities to evolve the Idaho software landscape. Local speakers with in-depth knowledge of the Idaho technology culture will share their insights and company success stories while discussing issues facing the Idaho software industry.

develop.idaho 2012 Focus

This year’s theme “Software: Imagine the Possibilities” will showcase the numerous visionary and far-reaching solutions software has created in Idaho. develop.idaho 2012 will highlight the different areas of our economy where software plays a major role. Speakers will be giving their take on where the software industry is headed and how software is driving their businesses. In addition to the conference speakers, a roundtable discussion will be held with panelists from various Idaho companies that are leveraging software to create wide-ranging solutions in their industries.

Showcasing Our Local Startups

Tech Cocktail Boise will also be back to help promote our local startup companies at the Startup Innovation Showcase mixer in the evening. Tech Cocktail has an impressive history of promoting startups across the country, and will help our local entrepreneurs show off in an expo-style format for free to our community. Tech Cocktail staff will also be blogging in advance about each startup at the Showcase.
