LoanTek, a fast growing technology company, is seeking an experienced part time / full time web developer Boise area. This position reports to the CTO and benefits are available for full time employment. The successful candidate will be able to work to define project requirements and to ensure that those requirements are implemented through efficient and timely application design and development. In addition, the candidate can work independently and have time flexibility to get project deadlines met. Rapid advancement is available for results.

 

Requirements:

1. .NET C# web developer, ideally with experience using Visual Studio 2010 and MS SQL 2008.

2. Very good communication skills between technical and non-technical team members.

3. Experience working as an Agile developer using a SCRUM process also a plus

4. Understanding of how to operate in a very fast past startup environment - a knowledge of how to work with the sales and marketing team to refine requirements and carry them through to implementation.

5. Ability to break large problems into tractable small problems and change direction when the markets change.

6. Strong work ethic with technical confidence and a positive attitude.

7. Ability to ask good questions to improve design and implementation.

 

The position requires good project management skills and good process skills, an understanding of modern code management systems (i.e. a good version control system and a good bug tracking system). Experience in implementing those effectively in an agile environment. Please no contract
