Job Description: 
The Channel Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing channel partners that can successfully deliver our mobile solutions and services to the active-healthy lifestyle industry.. You will be responsible for negotiating the necessary agreements and working directly with the channel and their end customers to drive incremental revenue and profits. As the Channel Development Manager, you will be expected to thrive in an extremely fast paced environment and be a self-starter. You will need to balance the channel/client needs and requests alongside resource management, milestones and schedules, scope of work, tasking, keeping the management and development team up-to-date and prioritizing. This position requires a self-starter that can work both independently and as a team player who is extremely organized, efficient and effective. You must be interested in more than just a 9-to-5 job, and be excited about working with a team of successful entrepreneurs who have built multiple companies from founding to acquisition. You will have the opportunity to craft and drive this very exciting marketplace and make a difference in a thriving organization as part of the management team.

Responsibilities:
 
•Work directly with the EVP of Business Development to formulate “Win-Win” go to market models that leverage your expertse and relationships with the core marketing and engagement solutions of the Company.  
•Take full ownership to meet the revenue and profit goals for the active healthy lifestyle market segment.
•Identify and recruit new Mobile Application Channel Partners for the Active Healthy Lifestyle marketplace.  This includes marketing companies, agencies and other software solution providers in this market space.  
•Negotiate agreements with Channel Partners that reflect the partnership objectives while also protecting the company interests.
•Develop targeted marketing and sales plans with the EVP of Business Development and Channel Partners that ensures that stated objectives are met. 
•Launch new solutions through Channel Partners
•Support selling activities within the Active Health Lifestyle marketplace from our internal and channel partners mobile engagement coaches.
•Demonstrate the Company’s and Channel Partners portfolio in partner and industry events.
 
Qualifications:
 
•At least 5 years sales and channel development experience within the Active Health Lifestyle marketplace.  
•At least a bachelor’s degree
•Strong knowledge of social media, mobile and or web based marketing.
•Existing relationships in the Active Healthy Lifestyle marketplace, e.g. health clubs, group sports.  
•Ability to identify, recruit, train, and motivate channel partners
•Outstanding presentation skills
•Strong writing and communications skills.
•Comfortable with CRM and other customer management systems. 
•Forecasting, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
•Able to translate technology features into compelling customer benefits.
•Able to demonstrate technology solutions to variety of potential users 
•Company will administer drug testing upon hire
